We're seeking a skilled and passionate Overnight Baker to join our dynamic team in Norristown, PA! As an Overnight Baker, you'll play a key role in crafting exceptional viennoiserie and pastry products for our esteemed cafes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, proof, and bake pastries and viennoiseries with precision
• Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Collaborate with the baking team to ensure seamless production
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year of professional baking experience
• Strong understanding of baking processes (preferred but not required)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction
