Food and Beverage Manager

Salary: Up to $65,000
We are seeking a dynamic, service-driven Food and Beverage Manager to join a private Country Club in Holyoke, Colorado for a 7-month seasonal assignment. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a high-touch service environment and is passionate about team development and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and enforce all front-of-house service standards
- Ensure proper staffing levels across all FOH service areas
- Train, mentor, and develop service staff to support operational excellence and individual growth
- Greet and seat members and guests while accommodating special requests and needs
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery
- Proactively listen to and resolve member and guest concerns
- Drive sales through exceptional service and prompt issue resolution
- Partner with culinary and beverage teams to ensure food and beverage offerings meet or exceed expectations
- Monitor food quality and availability during service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality leadership experience (restaurant, bar, club, or similar environment)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
