We are a highly-regarded, elevated casual restaurant concept in Hershey, PA, celebrated for our bold flavors, innovative beverages, and a sophisticated yet vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking both a General Manager and an Assistant General Manager to join our opening leadership team. General Manager & Assistant General Manager:

As our General Manager, you'll be a visionary leader driving operational excellence, inspiring our dedicated team, and elevating every aspect of our guest journey. This is an opportunity to shape a unique hospitality destination and foster a culture of unparalleled service. The Assistant General Manager is the go-to for the GM, and supports them in all operational and business decisions.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service flow, exceptional guest satisfaction, and a lively atmosphere.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across both front-of-house and back-of-house departments.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L analysis, labor and food cost control, budget management, and sales forecasting to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall guest experience.
  • Maintain impeccable standards for food quality, beverage program, service delivery, and facility cleanliness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving business demands.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in a high-volume, elevated casual restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a track record of motivating and empowering staff.
  • A true passion for hospitality, the guest experience, and culinary excellence.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service, elevated casual restaurant.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L concepts, cost control, and inventory management.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, great food, and innovative beverages.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
