Job Description: As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee seamless operations across both kitchen and front-of-house environments, ensuring the highest quality standards and providing exceptional and consistent guest experience. The Kitchen Manager will train and coach team members to inspire growth and maintain a strong team dynamic. Additionally, this role involves efficiently managing labor costs, scheduling, and ensuring culinary excellence by adhering to recipes and enforcing food quality standards. You’ll also lead guest recovery efforts when challenges arise, adjust staffing for business and seasonal demands, and handle operational and administrative tasks such as payroll, financial reporting, recruitment, and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications
