Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our senior management team in New Hope, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in a multi-unit environment such as hospitality, real estate, or retail. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage financial activities, lead teams, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage financial reporting, including weekly scorecards, monthly P&L's, and quarterly reports
• Supervise and delegate to finance team members
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors
• Analyze operational issues and implement processes for improvement
• Manage insurance portfolio and claims
• Interface with IT on financial systems and issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role in a multi-unit environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of accounting software (experience with Sage Intacct is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
