Requirements:

• 3+ years of Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or pub environment
• Proven track record of increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of food, beer, and wine, with a focus on quality and presentation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and labor control
• Food Safety Certification and liquor liability training preferred
