We're seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of hospitality professionals in our casual dining restaurant in Lionville, PA. With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on offering the best Cheese Steaks outside of Philly and other local favorites.
Job Description:
The Front of House Manager oversees all aspects of front-of-house operations, including service standards, customer satisfaction, and team development. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Managing labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
- Training and developing team members to achieve excellence in service and hospitality
