We are seeking an innovative and execution-driven Director of Outlets to lead the revitalization and rebranding of a multi-concept hospitality operation featuring boutique lodging and multiple dining experiences. What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full rebrand and repositioning of all outlets across the property
- Partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence and guest engagement
- Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, service consistency, and profitability
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple venues
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning, budgeting, and operational strategy
- Execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in financial outcomes and guest experience
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or multi-unit food & beverage operations

Consistent tenure: 3–5 years with each recent employer is required
- Demonstrated success leading turnarounds, rebrands, or repositioning projects
- Strong financial acumen with a proven record of improving operational performance
- An inspirational, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Highly collaborative with strong cross-department communication skills
- Commitment to long-term success—must reside in or relocate to the Wabash community
- Culinary background not required, but broad hospitality expertise is essential
