We are seeking an innovative and execution-driven Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead the full rebranding and revitalization of a multi-concept hospitality operation that includes boutique lodging and multiple dining outlets. What You’ll Do
- Drive the full rebrand and repositioning of all food & beverage operations
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand presence and guest engagement
- Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and profitability
- Build, mentor, and inspire a team that delivers consistent, high-quality experiences
- Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and budgeting
- Turn vision into action—focusing on measurable improvements in both guest satisfaction and financial results
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of executive leadership in luxury food & beverage and hospitality operations
- Proven success executing turnarounds, rebrands, or repositioning strategies
- Strong financial and operational acumen with a track record of improving results
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across departments
- Commitment to long-term growth—must reside in the Wabash community
- Culinary credentials not required, but broad hospitality expertise is essential
