The current operation requires strong direction, consistent leadership, and a results-driven leader who can deliver excellence while building a high-performing team.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 + 10–15% bonus potential
  • Relocation Support: Allowance + temporary housing provided
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance (90% individual / 60% family)
  • Retirement Plan: 403(b) with 50% match on first 6%
  • Wellness Support: HSA allowance
  • Career Impact: Lead a flagship rebrand and shape the future of a premier hospitality destination

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand presence and guest engagement
  • Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and profitability
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team that delivers consistent, high-quality experiences
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and budgeting
  • Turn vision into action—focusing on measurable improvements in both guest satisfaction and financial results

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of executive leadership in luxury food & beverage and hospitality operations
  • Proven success executing turnarounds, rebrands, or repositioning strategies
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with a track record of improving results
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across departments
  • Commitment to long-term growth—must reside in the Wabash community
  • Culinary credentials not required, but broad hospitality expertise is essential

This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to redefine food & beverage at a nationally recognized destination. If you are a results-oriented executive ready to commit, execute, and leave a lasting impact, we want to hear from you.
