Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned GM to oversee all aspects of our sports bar restaurant, from operations and staff management to customer experience and financial performance. You'll lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a passion for sports, great food, and a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling
• Drive sales growth through promotions, events, and exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a GM or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
