Job Title: Commercial Lender

Location: Oklahoma City/ Tulsa

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Commercial Lender is responsible for developing and managing a commercial loan portfolio. This role involves building relationships with business clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing tailored lending solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lending practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial loans.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
  • Evaluate loan applications, including financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
  • Structure loan terms and conditions to meet the needs of clients while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
  • Monitor loan performance and manage risk within the portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the lending process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, credit analysis, and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
