Position: SBA BDO
Location: South East US (Texas to North Carolina) (Will do out side of this area case by case)
Focus: 7a SBA and USDA B&I loans
Summary:
Self-sourcing loans and building long term relationships in the government guaranteed lending space, specifically SBA 7a and USDA B&I loans. This person will be a part of the loan process from start to finish with in-house support for underwriting and closing. Looking for someone with a diverse portfolio that clearly understands SBA Eligibility.

Incentive Plan:
Incentive – based on tiered system and premium (we sell all our loans)
Loan Volume Incentive
$0 - $5MM in Revenue 10% of SBA Premium
$5-10MM in Revenue 15% of SBA Premium
$10-15MM in Revenue 20% of SBA Premium
> $15MM in Revenue 25% of SBA Premium
For referred loans - referral fee will be deducted from premium before incentive pay
EXAMPLE assumes 10% assumes 1%
