Regional Sales Manager – Northeast Region

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team across the Northeast region, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, and portions of New York and Pennsylvania.


This role requires a strategic, transformational, and people-focused leader who drives results through collaboration, accountability, and empowerment. The successful candidate will lead a distributed sales organization while ensuring strong alignment with the company’s overall commercial strategy.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5–7 years of industrial, machining, or metal-cutting sales experience preferred
  • 3+ years of sales leadership or people-management experience
  • Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and drive regional growth
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and talent-development capabilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms, analytics, and digital sales tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Northeast region
