Role Summary

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end security solutions across IT, cloud, and OT environments. Translate business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure architectures. Collaborate with infrastructure, OT, cloud, and application teams to ensure projects align with secure-by-design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture for cloud, on-premises, and OT networks, including Azure Landing Zones and Zero-Trust segmentation.
• Select, integrate, and manage security platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, OT firewalls, PAM, SIEM/SOAR).
• Develop security dashboards and analytics using Sentinel and Power BI for visibility into threats and vulnerabilities.
• Lead architecture governance: chair design reviews, approve security patterns, and manage technical debt.
• Conduct solution evaluations and proof-of-concepts to recommend best-fit security tools.
• Align security controls with standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Embed security practices into DevOps and Industrial Operations, including CI/CD pipelines and patch management.
• Design incident response architectures, including logging, forensic readiness, and containment mechanisms.
• Mentor engineering teams through training sessions and architecture clinics.
