We are partnering with a next-generation Data and AI consulting organization operating across the APAC region. The firm specializes in helping enterprises modernize their data ecosystems, accelerate AI adoption, and scale Generative AI solutions to deliver measurable business impact.


Role Overview

As an Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end success and profitability of one or more strategic client accounts. Acting as the single accountable leader, you will translate business objectives into structured, well-governed delivery programs across Data, AI, and Generative AI initiatives.


This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth. You will engage senior stakeholders, shape commercial structures, and ensure delivery excellence across cross-functional teams. From pre-sales through large-scale production programs, you will balance value realization with commercial predictability, governance, and compliance rigor.


The ideal candidate thrives in complex enterprise environments, combines strong commercial acumen with delivery discipline, and can confidently bridge executive-level business conversations with technology execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Drive account growth and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead multi-squad delivery programs with strong governance and risk management
  • Own account-level financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting, collections)
  • Scale AI/ML initiatives from pilot to production
  • Coach and lead cross-functional delivery teams


Requirements / Core Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, system integration, technology services, or enterprise transformation roles
  • 2+ years of account ownership experience, including financial accountability (revenue/margin oversight)
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex client environments
  • Strong program governance experience (structured delivery frameworks, risk management, change control)
  • High-level understanding of:
  • Generative AI concepts (RAG, evaluation, guardrails)
  • Modern data platforms and cloud architectures (AWS preferred)
  • Experience contributing to proposals, SOWs, or commercial negotiations
