Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior SAP LE/TM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Logistics Execution, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end inbound and outbound shipment processes, logistics automation (including ASRS), and integration with carriers and forwarding agents — especially within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.

This role plays a key part in delivering scalable, efficient, and compliant logistics solutions globally, working cross-functionally with SD, MM, FI/CO, ABAP, and BTP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EWM, LE/TM, and related modules
• Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics processes, including carrier integration, export documentation, and freight management
• Oversee warehouse operations such as yard management, inventory control, batch tracking, and automation (e.g., ASRS)
• Collaborate with internal teams (SD, MM, FI/CO, ABAP, BTP) to ensure seamless logistics system integration and performance
• Drive digital transformation, process improvements, and automation within logistics and warehouse functions
• Support global logistics operations, providing Level 2/3 support and ensuring compliance with standards like ISO9001, ISO14001, ESG, and FSMA
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements
• Train business users and logistics teams on SAP best practices

Experience Required

• 8–10 years hands-on experience with SAP EWM, LE/TM, and logistics execution
• At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including global rollouts
• Deep knowledge of transportation planning and collaboration with carriers
• Familiarity with incoterms (EXW, FCA, DAP, etc.) and freight costing
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (food/FMCG preferred)
• Strong background in compliance documentation and vendor-managed inventory
• SAP certifications in EWM, LE/TM preferred
• Fluent in English; Thai proficiency preferred
