Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Luxury Fashion Retail Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our high-end clientele, representing our brand with sophistication and expertise. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for style.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on the latest fashion trends and the customer's individual style.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest collections, designers, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury fashion products, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers.
  • Sales and Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Clienteling:
  • Utilize CRM systems to record customer preferences, purchase history, and important dates.
  • Implement clienteling strategies to cultivate long-term relationships and ensure personalized service.
  • Visual Merchandising:
  • Assist with maintaining an attractive and organized store environment.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to showcase products in an appealing and eye-catching manner.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury fashion retail or a similar upscale environment is preferred.
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


Education and Training:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in fashion, sales, or related fields is a plus.
