Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Employer Branding:
  • Enhance recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Beam as a top workplace.
  • HR Operations: Oversee employee journey, HR policy, etc.

Key Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in an HR rol
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and learning & development
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for building a positive and engaging workplace
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Solid knowledge of compensation, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making ability
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
