- Manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Beam as a top workplace.

Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR rol
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and learning & development
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for building a positive and engaging workplace
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Solid knowledge of compensation, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making ability
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
