Key Responsibilities:
- • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
- • Serivce guests to their tables and provide menus.
- • Maintain a tidy and organized front of house area.
- • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- • Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages when needed.
- • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- • Process payments and manage POS systems.
- • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- • Train and support new FOH team members.
Qualifications:
- • Proven experience as a Hostess, FOH Staff, or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- • Proficiency in POS systems and reservation software.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
