 Key Responsibilities: 

  • • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. 
  • • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently. 
  • • Serivce guests to their tables and provide menus. 
  • • Maintain a tidy and organized front of house area. 
  • • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. 
  • • Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages when needed. 
  • • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. 
  • • Process payments and manage POS systems. 
  • • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards. 
  • • Train and support new FOH team members. 


Qualifications: 

  • • Proven experience as a Hostess, FOH Staff, or similar role in the food and beverage industry. 
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • • Proficiency in POS systems and reservation software. 
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 
  • • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
