We’re partnering with a leading digital media advertising client to look for a Media Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue from a portfolio of key agencies, brands, and direct clients in Thailand. This includes creating and selling effective digital media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage new and existing relationships with strategic brands, agencies, and partners to drive growth of the digital media suite.
- Leverage your knowledge of the ad tech market and the company’s unique offerings to develop new and long-term business relationships.
- Lead private programmatic buying partnerships with media agencies and external platforms.
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand relationships within the current client base.
- Apply strategic insights and product knowledge to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., client solutions, BI, and marketing) to align media solutions with client needs.
What We’re Looking For

Digital Media Sales Expert: 5+ years of experience selling digital advertising products to large brands and agencies, with a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape.

Ad Tech Proficiency: Minimum of 3+ years working in ad tech, ideally within an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, DSP, or other relevant digital advertising platform.

Trusted Client Advisor: Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of building credible, long-standing client relationships.

Proactive and Driven: Self-starter with high energy and motivation, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising performance metrics (CPM, CPV, CPI, CPL, etc.) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a track record of addressing client challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
- Good command of English.
