Digital Transformation Solution Product


Key Responsibilities

  1. Present and promote Digital Transformation solutions through both online channels and face-to-face meetings with designated partners.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams when customers show interest in DTS products.
  3. Arrange and manage training and certification sessions provided by relevant institutes or brands.
  4. Coordinate with Pre-sales and post-sales teams to arrange POC (Proof of Concept) and customer system implementations as appropriate.
  5. Provide consultation and strategic planning to customers for their digital transformation journey.
  6. Provide product information, handle sales presentations, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful closing.
  7. Gather customer insights and market trends to evaluate interest in DTS solutions.
  8. Support tasks related to quality management systems, including ISO9001 and ISO14001.


Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  4. Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
