Digital Transformation Solution Product
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote Digital Transformation solutions through both online channels and face-to-face meetings with designated partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams when customers show interest in DTS products.
- Arrange and manage training and certification sessions provided by relevant institutes or brands.
- Coordinate with Pre-sales and post-sales teams to arrange POC (Proof of Concept) and customer system implementations as appropriate.
- Provide consultation and strategic planning to customers for their digital transformation journey.
- Provide product information, handle sales presentations, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful closing.
- Gather customer insights and market trends to evaluate interest in DTS solutions.
- Support tasks related to quality management systems, including ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
