Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, securities products, and investment strategies. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored financial advice and ensuring client satisfaction while driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide customized solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Promote the firm’s products and services, including brokerage, investment advisory, and wealth management solutions.
  • Participate in networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to generate leads and enhance the firm’s reputation.
  1. Financial Advisory:
  • Provide expert advice on securities, portfolio management, and investment strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and economic developments to offer informed recommendations.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates for clients.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, particularly those set by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including research, operations, and compliance, to deliver seamless client service.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to improve the firm’s offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or securities brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, securities products, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or SEC Thailand licenses) are a plus.
