The Sales Director will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for [Company Name]. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage the sales forecasting and budgeting process.

Customer Focus:

  • Ensure a customer-centric approach throughout the sales process, focusing on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within the software product industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software product industry and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
