- Best to sell is Education business (international school/uni - that’s why English is important), now need to push to Enterprise/Company corporate (like Nestle, blah blah, still using Microsoft)
- This role no need to sell themselves, has sales team - the lower has no knowledgeable where to focus/which company to target, they only call call and call without the good strategy - that’s why need this person!
- Company A กำลังจะหมดสัญญา or Company B about to get in the market (need to up to date this kind of things to sell the product and access to them first)
- Focus on candidates from Lenovo, Dell, IT hardware (not บ้านๆ) - Printing business (Ricoh, Fujixerox, True, Dtac)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into universities, international schools, ministries/government agencies.
- Familiarity with Apple in education (MDM, deployment at scale, teacher training programs).
- Exposure to printing/document workflow solutions (Ricoh/Fuji Xerox) and how they bundle into device deals.
- Power BI/CRM literacy—able to read dashboards, steer actions, and hold the team to data-driven reviews.
- KPIs / What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)
- Education growth: win/expand strategic university & international school accounts; new logos added.
- Enterprise penetration: qualified pipeline growth (≥3× coverage), first wave of conversions/pilots from Windows to Apple.
- Gov/RFP hit rate: improved tender win rate and on-time bid submissions.
- Team uplift: quality of targeting, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, forecast accuracy, and deal hygiene.
- Partner feedback: positive reviews from principals (Apple/channel) and key enterprise/edu customers.
