Apply for this job

Role Overview: The Head of Investor Relations will play a central role in developing and managing limited partner relationships globally, with a primary focus on investors across Asia. Working closely with the General Partners, this individual will drive fundraising strategy, investor outreach, and ongoing LP engagement.

Given the Firm's small and entrepreneurial structure of fewer than ten people, the role also offers meaningful exposure to the investment side of the platform — including deal sourcing, research, and investment processes — as well as participation in the fund's carried interest.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations

  • Build and manage relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors globally
  • Lead investor outreach across Asia and other key markets
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with prospective investors
  • Support fundraising activities for current and future funds
  • Prepare investor materials including presentations, fund updates, and quarterly reports
  • Manage the LP pipeline and investor CRM
  • Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with existing investors

Investment Platform Support

  • Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities across consumer sectors
  • Conduct research across consumer, wellness, sports, and lifestyle industries
  • Support investment due diligence and preparation of internal investment materials
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives alongside portfolio companies

Candidate Profile:

  • 4–10 years of experience in investor relations, private banking, private wealth management, venture capital, private equity, or asset management
  • Established network among family offices, private investors, or institutional LPs
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in consumer brands, culture-driven platforms, and global consumer trends
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team
  • Based in Asia or Europe with willingness to travel across major investor markets

Location: This is a fully remote role. Candidates based in Asia or Europe are preferred, with an expectation of regular travel to key investor hubs including Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, London, and other global financial centres.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package with meaningful carried interest participation as an early member of the platform.
