What will you do
- Advise business units on legal matters, providing legal opinions, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents in both Thai and English, aligning legal frameworks with business strategy and objectives.
- Prepare and submit applications for all necessary business permits and licenses to relevant governmental authorities.
- Conduct ongoing research and updates on relevant Thai and international laws, regulations, and court precedents to support business strategies and risk mitigation.
- Manage communication and interactions with inquiry officials, public prosecutors, and other governmental officers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address litigation, regulatory enforcement issues, and develop creative solutions for dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to manage and mitigate legal risks.

What we are looking for
ā
- Bachelor's degree in Law or higher.
- Lawyer license (if applicable).
- Minimum three years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Experience with laws governing lending businesses, Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies and innovations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are highly desirable.
