We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational priorities
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and compensation processes
  • Manage employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Support performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement programs to strengthen culture, retention, and employee experience
  • Provide guidance on compensation matters in collaboration with the compensation & benefits team
  • Develop HR dashboards and reports to track workforce trends and support decision-making
  • Support organizational change initiatives and HR transformation projects
  • Participate in HR process improvements, policy updates, and system implementation
  • Ensure HR governance and compliance with employment regulations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong understanding of Thailand labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., COEs and shared services)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, HR systems, or BI tools)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations matters
  • Experience in change management or organizational transformation is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
