Hospital Business Manager – London (Hybrid) | Biopharma | High-Impact Territory

An opportunity has arisen with a leading global biopharmaceutical company for a Hospital Business Manager to join their dynamic UK team and manage a key London territory.


Location: London – hybrid field/remote

Contract: Permanent

Certification Required: ABPI qualification (mandatory)


The Opportunity


Working across some of the UK’s most influential hospital accounts, this is a high-profile role within a small but impactful national team. You’ll play a strategic role in promoting a portfolio of plasma-derived and recombinant products, supporting critical areas like immunology, haematology, and transfusion medicine.

With two distinct territories available (North Central & East London or South/West London regions), you’ll be engaging with NHS decision-makers, building strong clinical relationships, and driving sales growth in a collaborative and ethical environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage key accounts and drive revenue across your London territory
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and healthcare professionals
  • Develop tailored account plans and execute local sales strategies
  • Promote a diverse product portfolio through face-to-face and virtual engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and medical affairs teams
  • Ensure full compliance with ABPI and industry regulations


Who We’re Looking For

This role suits a proactive and results-driven sales professional with:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management
  • Strong knowledge of the NHS structure and commercial procurement pathways
  • A Life Sciences degree (or equivalent)
  • ABPI certification (essential)
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
