Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

A leading lead-generation company is seeking a Senior Developer to join its growing team. This role involves driving development strategies, mentoring junior developers, and leading projects from concept to completion. With the website at the core of the business, the Senior Developer will collaborate with multiple teams to optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and expand services.

As this is an on-site role, the ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Symfony-based API, Vue.js partner dashboard, and internal CRM
• Lead key projects, ensuring best practices and robust architecture
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning
• Optimise conversion rates and user experience for B2C and B2B platforms
• Improve infrastructure and consolidate tech tools
• Integrate third-party APIs and contribute to system upgrades

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Strong experience with Symfony or similar frameworks
• Expertise in Vue.js, MySQL, and API integration
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor developers
• Strong understanding of Git, version control, and best coding practices
• Experience debugging, optimising, and maintaining codebases

Desirable:

• AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, DNS management
