Production Operative - Wallingford

Our clients are leaders servicing a niche industry. They are recruiting for a Production Operative to join their growing team!

Production Operative Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of moulded parts

• Cut, grind, bond, and flow coat finished products

• Produce sub-assemblies as required

• Support other areas of production, provide training to new staff as required

The ideal Production Operative will:

• Be from an electro-mechanical background

• Be able to use conventional workshop power and hand tools

• 1-2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Either qualified by experience (2 years plus) or Engineering BTEC Level qualifications

**Please note that due to the company location, the successful candidate must have access to a car.**
