We are working with a group of companies who are opening up an office in Ireland that focus on Data Led solutions for Insurance and Re-Insurance industry. They are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join their growing business. The role involves understanding product and workflow requirements and translating them into the most effective question setups, workflows, and outputs within our insurance policy administration system. The role demands strong logical skills, and the ability to collaboratively work with teams to make well-founded, logic-based decisions. The ideal candidate is someone with an insurance background and technical leaning, who has familiarity with end-to-end lifecycle processes, and the capability to leverage the configurable nature of a platform to create optimized journeys and processes.


Responsibilities:


Product and Workflow Optimization:

  • Collaborate with various business teams to understand product and workflow requirements.
  • Utilize the configurable nature of the platform to create optimized question setups, workflows, and outputs.

Insurance Expertise:

  • Apply knowledge of key insurance processes, preferably with a background in underwriting, to enhance system configurations.
  • Ensure that configured workflows align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Requirements Extrapolation:

  • Extract requirements from discussions with stakeholders and translate them into actionable configurations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to ensure effective communication and understanding of business needs.
  • Facilitate direct collaboration with stakeholders for early feedback and validation.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system configurations and workflow designs.
  • Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.



Requirements:

-Familiarity with web technologies (JS, CSS, HTML) and (bonus) atleast one programming language such as Python, C#, Java

-1-5 years contributing to production software.

-Strong Logical and analytical thinking

-Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in system configuration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

-Adapt to evolving business requirements and technological advancements. Bonus: experience working in Agile/Lean environments.

-Possess experience with workflow tools and Content Management System (CMS) platforms.

-Degree in an engineering, mathematical or related discipline preferred
