The Solutions Engineer at CalypsoAI is a dynamic and pivotal role that bridges the technical and sales aspects of our business. This role is designed for a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives on developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. As a key member of the sales team, you'll be instrumental in driving our technology's adoption by understanding customer needs, articulating the technical and business value of our solutions, and crafting customized demonstrations that showcase our capabilities. Your expertise will not only help shape the future of our products but also ensure our customers' success. By merging technical acuity with strategic sales techniques, you will illuminate the path for our clients, guiding them through the technical landscape to achieve their business objectives. Whether you're collaborating with internal teams to refine product offerings or engaging directly with clients to resolve their most pressing challenges, your role as a Solutions Engineer is critical to our mission of delivering exceptional value and transforming how businesses operate.


  • Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects, channel partners and our sales team to deliver winning solutions that help customers to accelerate critical business outcomes with AI.
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive sales by leveraging your technical expertise
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive customer experience. Form a bridge from our engineering and product organization to our customers and prospects.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to both current and prospective customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and uniqueness of our solutions.
  • Support field marketing events by representing the company and showcasing our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Security and SaaS technologies relevant to the GenerativeAI market is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with all levels of the organization
  • Growth mindset - ability to step in and lead in a Startup/Series A stage tech company
