Product Engineering Manager

Location - Dublin

We are looking for a Engineering Manger reporting into a CTO - The right person for this role will have experience Leading, coaching and mentoring 2-3 squads of software developers to ensure high performance, collaboration, and professional growth

You will work closely with the CTO to define technical requirements, architecture, and design for microservices solutions. Provide guidance and support to development teams to ensure the implementation of best practices and adherence to coding standards

You will be a passionate collaborator and Communicator enabling and fostering effective collaboration between development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals, priorities, and timelines.

The Needs -

1. Proven experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
2. Strong technical background with expertise in microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern development frameworks.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
