POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Manager, Payments Analytics will play a key role within the Consulting department, supporting the delivery of high-quality analytical outputs that provide maximum value to merchant client base.
You will work closely with Director, People Performance as well as the Data & Product Team and the Solution Team to improve internal processes, enhance analytical standards, and contribute to the ongoing development of analytical capabilities. You will also support the monitoring and reporting of project efficiencies to the Consulting Team leadership.
As a member of the Consulting management team, you will contribute to the team’s operational effectiveness, ensuring client needs are met and that project teams are supported and developed. You will balance managing a portfolio of client projects with driving improvements within your area of expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain thorough and scalable analysis checking processes across Consulting Team. Help ensure consistency, accuracy, and commercial insight in all client-facing analyses.

Commercial Delivery as Analytical Lead: Continue to be accountable for your own portfolio. Produce clear, impactful analysis and presentations that communicate commercial value to clients and internal stakeholders. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Data & Product Collaboration: Partner with the Data & Product Team by providing feedback from the Consulting Team on the Platform features, analytical innovation and data access for analysis purposes, and suggesting improvements to features, processes and documentation. Support the adoption of automation tools and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Solutions Team on key areas (e.g. Debit, Costs, Fraud, Approvals) to promote analytical consistency and best practices across client offerings.

Team Development: Partner with Director, People Performance to support the training and development of Associates and Senior Associates, focusing on improving analytical quality and standards.

Leadership & Collaboration: Act as a role model within the Consulting team by promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and direct reports.

Technical Growth: Continuously develop your own technical and analytical skills, while contributing to the upskilling of others in the team.

Best Practice Advocacy: Demonstrate and promote analytical best practices, driving standardization and process improvements across projects while encouraging innovation.

Global Perspective: Understand global markets and share relevant insights and learnings across teams.
