POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Copilot Studio Maker, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering intelligent AI solutions. You’ll use Microsoft Copilot Studio to design and build custom copilots that streamline data operations, enhance developer engagement, and unlock new business value.
This role blends data expertise, business acumen, and creativity. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, prototype solutions, and deploy copilots that drive measurable impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and development of client-specific copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive conversational workflows
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify use cases and define success metrics
- Build integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and connectors
- Deliver end-to-end solutions, from ideation to deployment and post-launch optimization
- Provide training and enablement to client teams on Copilot Studio usage and governance
- Stay current with AI trends and advise clients on emerging opportunities
PREFERRED PROFILE:
- 3–5 years of experience in solution development, consulting, or AI roles. Experience with Data management processes in Azure- Data engineering, Testing/QA , MDM/RDM etc.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents), Power Platform, or similar low-code tools
- Strong understanding of AI orchestration, conversational UI/UX, prompt engineering
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and business process automation
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting (Power Fx, JavaScript, etc.)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies

- Microsoft Copilot Studio – primary tool for designing and deploying custom copilots.
- Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate, and Power Fx scripting.
- Low-Code Development Tools – familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

- AI Orchestration – understanding how to coordinate multiple AI components and services.
