POSITION OVERVIEW:


We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Partner Success to design, launch, and scale a high-impact channel partnership program that expands market reach, drives indirect revenue growth, and enhances the company's position as the leading provider of mortgage data and technology solutions.


In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, cultivating reseller and technology partner relationships, and ensuring that these partnerships deliver measurable value to clients, partners, and the bottom line. You will also identify and execute opportunities within these relationships to leverage buying power and reduce the cost of raw materials, improving overall margins.


This role requires a unique combination of strategic vision, operations execution, and relationship excellence to deliver transformative outcomes for the partner ecosystem.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Partnership Strategy & Leadership

 

  • Design and implement a comprehensive channel and partner success strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Develop a tiered partner program that incentivizes revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and mutual value creation.
  • Establish and communicate clear KPIs, partner scorecards, and ROI metrics for all partnership activities.

 

Channel Development & Expansion

 

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new strategic alliances, resellers, and technology integration partners
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners to expand their engagement and contribution to growth
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partner offerings are integrated, competitive, and market-ready


Revenue Growth & Market Reach

 

  • Drive indirect revenue through scalable partner channels, joint go-to-market campaigns, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Leverage partnerships to open new verticals, geographies, and customer segments
  • Negotiate and structure partner agreements to ensure equitable value exchange and protect competitive position

 

Operational Excellence

 

  • Implement partner onboarding, training, and certification programs to ensure readiness and alignment with the brand promise
  • Monitor partner performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues that could impact revenue or client experience
  • Partner with Finance to identify cost savings opportunities through aggregated partner purchasing power and strategic sourcing

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for major partner accounts
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure joint customers achieve maximum value from solutions
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop cobranded campaigns, thought leadership, and event participation strategies

 

PREFERRED PROFILE:

 

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, or partner success leadership, ideally with SaaS, fintech or mortgage/financial services
  • Proven success in building and scaling channel programs that drive significant indirect revenue
  • Strong track record in negotiating complex partner agreements and managing executive level relationships
  • Experience with cost-optimization strategies and leveraging partnerships for procurement advantage
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, market opportunities, and ROI
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
