POSITION OVERVIEW:


The Integrations Project Manager serves as the project lead for client API integration projects, managing cross-functional performance improvement initiatives across multiple directives. This role combines technical expertise with relationship management to drive measurable business results in API integrations, support sales initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery from conception through implementation.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Project Planning & Management

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with organizational strategic objectives and priorities
  • Lead API implementation projects alongside customers to ensure timely deliverables, compliance with regulatory requirements, and completion of best-in-class designs
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle using QuickBase tracking, including project planning, contract management, fee coordination, and compliance requirements
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to track progress against milestones and deliverables
  • Apply process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and measurable performance gains


Technical Integration & Support

  • Develop expertise in third-party systems (CRM, POS, LOS, Orchestration Platforms) and collaborate with Solutions Engineers to optimize integration solutions
  • Oversee integration process including development support, compliance reviews, and partner marketing opportunities
  • Provide technical support for integration questions and coordinate escalations with Interface Support, Product Development, and Solutions Engineers as needed
  • Support and promote adoption of the Readme Developer portal among clients and partners


Stakeholder Communication & Customer Engagement

  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and project teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders both onsite and virtually
  • Anticipate future project needs through direct customer engagement and monitoring of industry trends and best practices
  • Maintain detailed documentation and information sheets on business partners and integration projects
  • Support sales efforts by creating user lists, attending partner conferences, and developing education materials on interfaces


PREFERRED PROFILE:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience with proven leadership capabilities and self-directed work style
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the consumer reporting industry, including credit bureaus specialty consumer reporting agencies, data aggregators, or risk management services providers
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts including APIs, OAuth, JSON, and integration processes
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio and other project management tools such as Jira, Quickbase, and Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations and compliance requirements
