POSITION OVERVIEW:


The Enterprise Sales Director (ESD) is a quota-carrying, senior individual contributor responsible for driving new business growth within the enterprise segment. The ESD will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through deal close, targeting enterprise-level clients across industries. Success requires deep understanding of both SaaS and market research landscapes, a data-driven consultative selling approach, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers. The role reports directly to Polly Speros, CRO, and is a critical growth driver within the Revenue organization.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting
  • Consistent 50%+ self-sourced pipeline • Build multi-threaded executive relationships
  • Contribute to revenue predictability and reduced churn


PREFERRED PROFILE:


  • A-player enterprise seller with a track record of outperforming quota, commanding C-suite presence, and building trust through insight-led conversations.
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or insights-tech sales
  • Proven year-over-year quota attainment with documented performance
  • Self-sourcing ability (outbound, ABM, exec-level prospecting)
  • Enterprise deal execution: multi-threading, ROI storytelling, exec influence
  • Deep SaaS acumen and CRM discipline (Salesforce mastery)
  • Nice-to-have: Market Research SaaS experience, competitor background (Alida, MyTake Qualtrics, Medallia, Forsta, Zappi)
