Registered Nurse

Location: Bowen, QLD

About Us: Our client is a leading Aged Care provider who are committed to providing high-quality care and helping their residents to ensure their individual needs are meet.

This Facility is known for its warm and inclusive environment which provides a range of services which encourages residents to flourish.

Responsibilities:

• Providing safe and competent clinical management & nursing interventions in accordance to recognized standards
• Coordinating & monitoring the planning, implementation & evaluation, or service outcomes mad standards
• Providing clinical leadership to care staff and monitoring & overseeing staff practices
• Ensuring residents families and significant others are included in care planning

Requirements:

•       Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent with current AHPRA registration
•       Previous staff management experience favorable
•       Able to obtain a positive Police Check
•     Demonstrated experience with clinical care
• Flexibility with shifts - Ranging from Mornings, Afternoons and Night shifts.
