Good Soul Studio is Good Soul Hunting, built for studio-level hiring. We partner with fitness and wellness brands across the US to find leaders who know how to run a successful studio and look after its people.

As we take on searches in new locations, we want to get to know the good souls who could be a fit.

The kind of role

Every brand is different, but the General Manager and Studio Manager roles we work on typically involve:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a studio team.
• Growing membership through sales, local marketing, and community relationships.
• Creating a welcoming member experience that keeps people coming back.
• Owning day-to-day operations, from staffing and scheduling to studio standards.
• Managing business performance, including revenue, retention, budgets, and labor costs.
• Working with owners or regional leaders to turn business goals into a clear plan.

Some roles are focused on opening a new studio; others involve leading an established location or helping a team improve performance.

Who we’d love to hear from

You bring experience leading a team and taking responsibility for business results. You’re comfortable with sales targets, enjoy developing people, and understand that member experience and revenue performance go together.

Your background might be in fitness and wellness, premium retail, hospitality, or another customer- or member-focused business. Requirements will vary by role, so experience outside the industry is welcome.
