Pilates Program Manager

Location: Central Maryland

Work arrangement: On-site across multiple fitness clubs

The opportunity

We’re partnering with a community-focused fitness and recreation organization to find a Mind Body Training Supervisor who can grow its Pilates and mind body training programs across multiple clubs. This is a chance to combine your experience as a Pilates trainer with the opportunity to lead a team, shape new programs, and help more members make movement a lasting part of their lives.

You’ll build participation and revenue, develop trainers, and make sure every client receives the attention and quality that keeps them coming back. You’ll work alongside membership, personal training, and group fitness teams, with room to bring fresh ideas to classes, workshops, and the wider community.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery and growth of Pilates and mind-body training, including equipment-based sessions and specialty workshops.
  • Help turn member interest into lasting training relationships through thoughtful follow-up, referrals, and programming that meets members’ needs.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop trainers, supporting consistent session quality and a strong team culture.
  • Track revenue, participation, retention, and trainer performance, and use what you learn to improve the programs.
  • Partner with membership, personal training, and group fitness colleagues to introduce more members to training opportunities.
  • Create workshops and community experiences that help people explore movement and stay engaged.
  • Keep sessions and facilities safe, welcoming, clean, and ready for members.

What success looks like

More members discover Pilates and mind-body training, return regularly, and recommend the programs to others. Trainers feel supported and grow in their work. Participation and revenue rise alongside the quality of the member experience.

What you’ll bring

  • At least one year of active experience as a Certified Pilates Trainer.
  • Pilates Mat and Equipment Certification through an approved governing body, plus current CPR/AED certification.
  • Experience growing training revenue or member engagement, and an interest in building programs that people want to return to.
  • The ability to coach trainers, build client relationships, and make sound decisions using performance data.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for wellness and community. Experience hiring and developing trainers is a plus; Registered Yoga Teacher certification is also welcome.

Why this role

You’ll help shape Pilates and mind-body training within an organization that invests in healthier, more connected communities. The role offers a competitive salary plus health, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off and leave; a 401(k); certification reimbursement; a family fitness membership; and employee discounts.
