Good Soul Studio is Good Soul Hunting, built for studio-level hiring. We partner with fitness and wellness brands to find regional operations leaders who can drive performance across multiple locations, develop regional teams, and grow without losing what makes the member experience special.

As we take on searches in new locations, we want to get to know the good souls who could be a fit.

The kind of role

Titles and responsibilities vary by business, but opportunities may include Regional Manager, Regional Director of Operations, and Director of Operations.

These roles typically involve:

• Leading performance across multiple studios or locations.
• Coaching General Managers and Studio Managers, building their confidence and accountability.
• Driving membership growth, retention, and a consistent member experience.
• Managing regional business performance, including revenue, profitability, budgets, and labor costs.
• Identifying what’s holding a location back and helping the team put a practical improvement plan in place.
• Supporting new openings and developing leaders as the business grows.
• Turning company priorities into clear actions for studio teams, while bringing their feedback into leadership decisions.

Some roles focus on a small cluster of locations; others cover a larger region. The balance of field leadership, travel, and strategic responsibility will depend on the business.

Who we’d love to hear from

You'll bring experience leading multiple locations and delivering results through other managers. You know when to get involved, when to give people room to lead, and how to build accountability without making every decision yourself.

You’re comfortable with business performance data and can connect the numbers to what’s happening inside a location. Your background might be in fitness and wellness, premium retail, hospitality, or another customer- or member-focused business. Requirements will vary by role, so experience outside the industry is welcome.
