Essential Functions
1. AD Diagnostics Pathway Educational Campaign and Tactics
- Develop, implement, and manage Global diagnostic pathway educational strategy, campaign, and tactics in concert with the Global Leqembi brand marketing team.
- Drive alignment between Global and regional/country marketing teams’ diagnostic education efforts, and facilitate local adaptation as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues including Medical, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory as required
2. Management of Diagnostic Company Partnership Field Programs
- In collaboration with country marketing teams, support field-level partnerships with external laboratory diagnostic companies by developing and implementing shared market-facing resources as appropriate
- As necessary, manage regional and/or global field-level partnership activities to ensure global efficiency and country-level effectiveness
- Identify and leverage additional partnership opportunities to drive uptake of new confirmatory blood tests for Alzheimer’s Disease
3. Administration
- Manage contracts and budgets for diagnostics pathway education projects.
- Completes all required training.
- Participates in required Spark for Change and human health care initiatives.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required

Education: BS minimum
Experience: 8+ years relevant experience in the diagnostic industry, or in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with a diagnostics focus
Requirements:
- Experience commercializing laboratory diagnostics, including novel blood assay launch experience.
- Strong grasp on how to effectively engage HCPs on diagnostic testing as well as expertise in developing effective HCP-facing communication tools.
- Strong scientific aptitude and the ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts clearly and simply to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive initiatives in a matrix environment and with external partners and vendors.
- Experience working with/in markets outside of the US is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
