What You’ll Do
Create Memorable Guest Experiences
Lead from the floor, setting the tone for warm, genuine hospitality. Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return.
Champion Service Excellence
Coach and develop your team to deliver consistent, high-level service. Step in during peak moments to support, inspire, and elevate the experience.
Support Daily Operations
Partner with the General Manager to oversee scheduling, opening/closing routines, and smooth day-to-day execution.
Build and Develop Great Teams
Foster a positive, team-first environment where people feel supported, recognized, and motivated to grow.
Drive Standards & Consistency
Maintain high expectations around food quality, cleanliness, and service standards. Lead by example and hold the team accountable in a supportive way.
