Assistant General Manager | High-Volume Bar & Dining Concept


The Role


This is a floor-first leadership position. As AGM, you are the connective tissue between ownership's vision and daily execution. You'll work directly alongside the GM to drive service standards, develop your team, and keep a high-volume operation firing on all cylinders.

What You'll Own

  • Full front-of-house operations — service flow, bar, host stand, and guest experience
  • Setting and enforcing the standard for hospitality across every touchpoint
  • Training, coaching, and developing FOH team members and junior managers
  • Scheduling, labor management, and real-time staffing decisions
  • Turning guest issues into loyalty-building moments
  • Partnering with back-of-house leadership for seamless, coordinated execution
  • Driving the energy, accountability, and culture that keeps great people wanting to return


What You Bring

  • 2+ years in restaurant leadership
  • High-volume experience in a bar and dining environment strongly preferred
  • Cool under pressure
  • A genuine guest-first instinct and a problem-solver's mindset
  • Servant leader, growth mentality
