Overview:
 We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven Front of House (FOH) Manager to join a dynamic full-service restaurant team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at creating memorable guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality.
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, shift management, and floor supervision.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism and care.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet operational and financial goals.
- Partner with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to uphold brand standards and company culture.
- Monitor performance, maintain morale, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and labor cost management.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
