Kitchen Manager | Scratch Kitchen | People-First Culture


We’re looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead a high-quality scratch kitchen in a polished casual environment where great food, great people, and a balanced lifestyle all matter.


This role is about more than running a kitchen—it’s about creating an experience.


From the first prep of the day to the last plate that hits the table, you’ll set the tone for food quality, team culture, and the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back.


What You’ll Do


Lead with Purpose

  • Build and develop a strong, motivated kitchen team that takes pride in their craft
  • Create a positive, respectful culture where people enjoy coming to work
  • Coach and mentor team members to grow their skills and confidence

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

  • Ensure every plate reflects quality, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Partner with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Take pride in knowing your work directly impacts every guest at the table

Own Food Quality & Scratch Standards

  • Execute a scratch-driven menu with a focus on freshness, flavor, and presentation
  • Uphold high standards in prep, execution, and plating
  • Maintain consistency across every shift, every dish

Run a Strong, Organized Kitchen

  • Oversee daily operations including prep, line execution, and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to protect the business
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance at the highest level


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Kitchen/Culinary Management experience in a scratch kitchen
  • A true passion for food quality and pride in what you serve
  • A leadership style that is hands-on, supportive, and team-focused
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping standards high
