Commissary Manager | Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually + Bonus
We’re seeking an experienced Commissary Manager to lead a high-volume food production facility serving multiple retail locations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, food safety, team performance, and financial results across fresh and frozen production.

What You’ll Own
- Lead production planning, labor scheduling, and daily output
- Ensure recipe adherence, quality standards, and operational efficiency
- Manage COGS, inventory, and facility expenses
- Oversee maintenance, vendor relationships, and administrative reporting
- Direct and develop production supervisors and teams (up to 70 associates)
- Support distribution logistics to retail locations
- Ensure full HACCP and food safety compliance
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a high-volume commissary or food manufacturing environment
- Strong culinary knowledge and operational oversight
- Proven success improving production efficiency
- Deep understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
- Experience leading large teams
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
