Kitchen Manager – Waco, TX
We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team in Waco, TX. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced, full-service environment and thrives on building great teams and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead back-of-house operations and ensure smooth kitchen performance.
- Coach, develop, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
- Foster a fun, people-first culture for both guests and employees.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You’ll Get:
- Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- Bonus potential: Up to $12,000 annually
