Job Summary:


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual restaurant. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:

  • Ensure that all guests are greeted and served in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Train and supervise staff on customer service standards and expectations.


Operations:

  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.


Team Management:

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
  • Motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address performance issues and provide coaching and feedback.


Financial Management:

  • Monitor sales and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce expenses.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Participate in community events and initiatives.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a fast-casual or casual dining environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
