What You'll Own

  • Leading and managing live shifts across the dining room and bar
  • Supporting servers, bartenders, and hosts throughout service with hands-on presence
  • Managing guest flow, wait times, and table turns to keep the operation moving
  • Jumping in wherever the shift needs you — running food, bussing, hosting, troubleshooting
  • Handling guest concerns on the spot and turning problems into loyalty-building moments
  • Holding the team accountable to service standards and side work expectations
  • Maintaining clear, consistent communication with the back of house to keep service tight
  • Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members


What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years in a restaurant leadership role — Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Floor Manager
  • High energy and a natural floor presence that the team gravitates toward
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your composure
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first leadership style
  • Full availability for nights and weekends
